Refund & Returns Policy Digital Products & Services: All sales of digital products and IT services are final, except where required by law or our discretion. If you encounter technical issues, contact [email protected] within 7 days for troubleshooting or potential refund. E‑commerce Goods (If applicable): Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exclusions: Custom development work begun with your approval is non-refundable once work has commenced.
